About the event
Join us for a special service of Hope and Healing on December 6 at 10:30
What is it?
A healing service is a quiet sacred space for prayer and reflection on God’s word. Healing encompasses mind, body, spirit and relationships. The focus is restoration and wholeness, not just cures.
This will be an intentional space focused on community, prayer and worship. It will include the power of touch or the laying on of hands and anointing with oil.
Who is it for?
It is for anyone seeking God’s presence in a time of suffering. Whether you are facing physical illness, a broken relationship, emotional exhaustion or the weight of grief, you are welcome.
What to expect?
The service will include scripture readings and prayer. During the service, there will be an invitation to come forward for laying on of hands and anointing with oil. You may also remain in your seat to pray silently or stand in proxy for a loved one. Let the ushers know if you are unable to walk to the front of church but would like us to come to you for the laying on of hands and anointing with oil.
Come as you are and find a safe space for renewal. Invite those in your life who may benefit from this healing experience.
